Your satisfaction is a priority for us. If you do not like the sent items (e.g. clothes of a wrong size), do not worry. We will exchange them for others if you comply with simple terms.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS?
- Return of goods – We must receive the goods back at our address in the given state (or at our headquarters in the Czech Republic) together with the completed form within 14 days of receipt of the goods by the customer.
- Replacement of goods – We must receive the goods back at our address in the given state together with the completed form within 30 days of receipt of the goods by the customer. The goods can be exchanged for any goods in the minimum value of the returned goods.
The following conditions apply to the replacement and return of goods:
- Clothes – must not be worn, damaged, washed, or soiled and must have original price tags.
- Food supplements – only complete, intact and unopened packaging.
- Others – in the same state in which it was delivered (must not be damaged, or soiled and must be in the original packaging).

It is necessary to follow an exact procedure:
Contact us at email email@example.com with a request to take back a shipment. Type "I want to return/replace" and state the order number. If you want to make a claim, please describe the problem and send us your photographs.
We will create a label for sending the shipment from our foreign address in your country to our headquarters in the Czech Republic, where we will deal with the issue. The label must be printed, glued to the package and pasted over (e.g. with white paper), so that it cannot be seen. The information on the label will only be used to transport the package from the collection address to the central warehouse. The cover must therefore be easily removable and it must not damage the label. The label must be glued on the box; it must not be inside the shipment!
Send the goods well-wrapped and insured to the address we will email you. Because it will be an address in the same country, you will save on postage and, at the same time, we will sooner learn that the package is on its way to us (remember that fixed deadlines have been set for the return and exchange of goods, see above).

Make sure to include this filled-in form and a copy of the invoice.
Please note that we will deal with the matter once the goods have been delivered to our headquarters in the Czech Republic. Transferring from another country and picking up the shipment may take several business days.

HOW IS IT WITH THE POSTAGE?
Postage to our address in your country (or postage to our headquarters in the Czech Republic) is at your own expense.
The shipping from the foreign collection address to our headquarters will be paid by us.
If the customer wishes to replace the goods, we do not charge shipping costs for the first replacement. All the subsequent replacements will be charged according to the current transport price list for the given country (i.e. the full transport price set for the given state, including any COD, will be charged).
